Who runs this site

Root Canal Ireland (rootcanal.ie) is run by Bartlomiej Standa, a sole trader trading as Elevate Ireland, Co. Dublin. It is an introduction service and not a dental clinic. Contact: privacy@rootcanal.ie.

When you send a request, we pass it to one independent dental practice whose dentists are on the Dental Council register. The practice assesses you, gives you the price and does the treatment, and they may pay us a fee for the introduction.

What we collect

When you send an enquiry: the tooth or treatment you selected, where things stand, how soon you want to be seen, your county, your phone number and, if you give them, your name, town/Eircode and notes. We also record which page you sent it from.

Why, and on what basis

To pass your enquiry, with your explicit consent, to one Dental Council-registered dental clinic covering your county so they can contact you about root canal treatment. We do this with your consent, which you give by sending the form. You can withdraw consent at any time by emailing us.

Who we share it with

We share your enquiry with one Dental Council-registered dental clinic covering your county, and no one else. Our email and hosting providers process the data on our behalf. We never sell your details to marketing lists.

How long we keep it

Up to 12 months after your request, then it is deleted, unless you ask us to delete it sooner.

Cookies and analytics

This site sets no cookies. We count visits with Vercel Web Analytics, which uses no cookies and stores nothing that identifies you, and we record anonymously which step of the form was reached.

Your rights

You can ask to see, correct or delete your details, or object to how we use them, by emailing privacy@rootcanal.ie. You can also complain to the Data Protection Commission at dataprotection.ie.
